With the famous recipe passed down through generations for 30 years, this sauce offers a deep and flavourful taste that captures the authentic flavours of Korean cuisine. Simply prepare 1 kg of chicken with 290g of marinade and 800ml of water, and add potato (150g), carrot (100g), onion (50g), and green onion (50g) for a deliciously braised dish. Follow the easy steps of soaking the chicken to remove any excess blood and boil it for 5 minutes to remove any impurities. Rinse in cold water to cool down. Simmer the ingredients together on high heat for 30 minutes (uncovered), and for the finishing touch, mix in onion and green onion to simmer.
